Do you have a color disclaimer?
The color of these products may differ from what is shown in an image or online. This is because of variations in monitor settings, lighting, and the printing process. I cannot guarantee that the color you see is the true color of the product. I do my best to ensure that my photos on the website are as true to the printed color as possible.
What is your return policy?
NO RETURNS
Review the item descriptions carefully. If you have any questions you can email me as much detailed information as possible through the contact page.
Slight color variances may appear differently on different screens and on the actual prints. I take quality control very seriously, and in the very rare case your package arrives damaged or otherwise, I need to be notified immediately within 2 days of confirmed delivery.
The customization options we offer means that a single piece of art could be configured many ways. I don't keep a warehouse to store returns therefore, I am unable to accept returns or make price adjustments on purchases. Please read all the details carefully.

Do you offer custom or special orders?
Yes! I'm happy to accommodate special requests, including larger prints or custom sizing.
Please reach out through the Contact page and include as many details as possible, such as:
- Desired image or collection name
- Print size(s)
- Framing preferences (if any)
- Quantity
- Shipping location

Can I resell purchased artwork?
Wild Bliss Artistry by Jill Christofferson retains all rights to all artwork until it has been purchased by a private or public collector. After purchase the collector ONLY receives the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Reproduction of artwork in any way MAY NOT be reproduced or sold without the written consent of the artist.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not yet.
As of now SHIPPING IN, TO & FROM USA ONLY.
As of 12/15/2023, all orders are shipped in, to and from the United States ONLY. Any online orders made from outside of the United States will be CANCELED.
What if my product was damaged upon arrival?
If your art was damaged during shipment, know that I will absolutely make it right.
Please go to the contact page –
- Include your order number and brief detail in the comment section. I will contact you via email to retrieve photos of the damages. I will need photos of the box and photos of the damaged artwork. (We need these in order to submit a claim to the carrier).
Kindly consider: if your item arrived damaged, please do not leave a negative review or comment. As unfortunate as it is, I have no control over how the carriers treat packages. I encourage your honest review of the things strictly within my control – product quality, service, etc. But shipping & handling is not one of the things we can manage. Thanks for understanding!
What is your turnaround time?
3-5 business days for unframed Prints.
5-7 business days for The Framed Prints.
3 weeks for the Wildwood Collection.
